Enjoying and Doing the Things You Love!



Are you doing what you love to do? Now think personally, not just professionally, are you doing the things you love? When you do these things, how do they make you feel? Peaceful? Content? Relaxed? If none of these, then you need to do something else!

We all have "stuff" that have to be dealt with on a daily basis. Whether you're someone with family - kids, and/or another half, or you are single with not too many attachments. We all have "stuff" to deal with and sometimes, lots of it!

At one point or another though, you become worn out from all that you have to deal with. This is where finding something you love to do, loving and enjoying it comes in! It could be even the most simplest of things, it might not mean much to others but it will mean a whole lot to you!

I discovered a blog today, Serene Journey, at serenejourney.com. A post written by Sherri entitled, "10 Ways To Feel Better in 60 Seconds", suggests, you got it, 10 things you can do to make you feel better in just one minute! There are suggestions for 'sitting up straight' and 'going outside', among other things. Go ahead, read it, try a few of the suggestions, and above all, find that one thing that you love to do, and just do it!
