How's Your Fitness Plan Doing?

Have you lost the battle with the bulge? Have you given up on yourself? I sure hope you haven't! It is hard, really hard to take the bulge off, to melt away what seemingly happened overnight! But don't give up, you can do it, just take it slow and easy, one day at a time.

That is what I'm doing. I'm making progress one day at a time. Believe me, there are days when I don't want to, when I'm too tired of trying, of looking at myself in the mirror and asking, why does it take so long?!

But let us not forget that Rome wasn't built in a day, just the same it took time to put on the fat and then an even longer time to really look at ourselves and decide it's time to get rid of it!

So the next time you look in that mirror don't look at yourself with a critical-judgemental eye, look instead with a critical-how am I doing eye! That's when you look at yourself and see how far you've come from where you started!

So come on, don't forget your goals, the end of year is almost on us. Don't stop now! You can do this! As Tim Gunn says, "Make it work"!
