It has been a while

Nine days in fact. I've  not been an active blogger recently. My timing has been a factor. But I will have to remedy that situation and make time to write! I have slacken a bit on my workout as well.  Either I'm too busy, or my workout buddy is too busy and I don't want to run alone. That my dear readers is an excuse!  How will I get to my goals if I let what others do or don't do stop me from pursuing them?  So, no matter how busy I am, or no matter how busy my workout buddy is, I must make time for me!

I will continue with my workout, and I will continue to run!  Running has become the easier activity for me to do. However, I will have to be sure to do some workout with weights and include other aerobic exercises too.   It doesn't matter how many times you work out for the week, it matters that you find something you love and stick with it!  If, however, your goal is to lose more than 20 pounds, (like me) you will need to work out at least three times or more per week!

So come on, it's October, at least we're way past the middle of the month now, and there are two more months left in the Year 2010.  How is your Resolution going?
