2.24 Mi. - 2720 Steps

That's how many miles I ran today and how many steps I took when walking!  I'll probably not do that everyday, log it in here. But from time to time I will.  The good news is I have lost that extra 10 lbs I had re-gained since the Christmas & New Year!  I'm beyond thrill!  This is what happens when I focus and re-dedicate myself to my goals!

Those 10 extra pounds already lost and regained were dragging me down!  Good riddance to fat!lol! 

I am sticking to my goal of working out for approximately 200 minutes every week. It won't be perfect.  I won't be perfect, but I will keep on trying!
