Why are we doing this again?

RUN: The Mind-Body Method of Running by FeelIt's hot, it's hard & sometimes you just don't feel like doing it!  Working out that is!  You know you have a goal in mind, losing weight, getting fitter, being thinner, feeling more confident in yourself...whatever it is, you want to do this, you need to do this!  So despite the fact that my buddy didn't want to run today, I dragged her out to do it!  That's what buddies are for.  LOL!
