Anger Management

It is not good to hold on to anger.  It ruins your thoughts, it ruins your mind-set.  It takes you to a place where you don't usually go, to the extreme.  You end up showing the devil in your personality, rage! Rage can be good, and it can be bad.  It is good when you let go, let it out, shout, scream, rant....with no one in sight, expressing yourself, because keeping it all inside of you is very bad, toxic!

It is very bad when you take it out on others, especially if your rage is of the extreme type that makes you do things that hurt other people. That my dear reader is UNACCEPTABLE!  Because although you might have every right to be angry, it is wrong to turn your hate and anger against those who don't even know why you are feeling the way you do.

So what do you do when you are in a rage?  You find a way to let out your emotions.  You find someone to talk to.  You do this or your frustrations will continue to build and eat away at your soul. Life is not fair. It never is when there are people in this world who do nothing but makes it more difficult for some of us to exist in our individual world.  It is unfair when you work really hard to get to a place of wherever it is that you're going, or have been, and then it's taken away from you.  It's unfair when you are trying your best, but you seem to do nothing but fail.

This is when you have to be strong. Yes, you hear this all of the time, and you're probably tired of "being strong" because in your head you're like, "why do I always have to be the strong one?"!  Well you have to cause if you don't then who will?!  Find your balance, this is how you become strong.  You find that which centers your thoughts, your emotions, this puts you in control.  Praying comes in handy about now.  You pray for guidance, for love, and for healing.

You focus on your needs and whatever it is your frustrations are, and you begin the healing that will help to make you whole again. You do this for you. Then you will begin to live again!

  1. I do think that there's good reasons to be angry, and it's sometimes healthy to be angry about various things - undeserved injustices, indignations, etc. It's just one emotion among many and isn't necessarily evil.

  2. I agree, it is healthy because you have to express yourself. You have to let it out of your system though, by letting it go. Because holding on to it blinds you to your true potential. It feeds on hate and hate in this way isn't healthy for you.
