DE-Stressed - how to

What is it about us that sometimes makes life so impossible dear reader?  We get ourselves tangled in all kinds of knots and sometimes those knots are so difficult to unwound.  We worry, we stress, we fret, forgetting to take deep breaths and go "Aaaahhhhh". It's real simple really, to just stop, take a deep breath and let go! I think we do this too much...yes, we think too much, that's the problem! I'm not going to lie to you my dear reader, it is freakin' hard not to! So, I found the perfect article to remind me, and you to let it go. Just let it go!  What's the point of holding on to that which takes us over the edge.
