This Too Shall Pass - it's not always about you (or me)

Some of us go through some trying times.  Moments in our lives when we wonder if that time will ever pass; or "will it ever get better"; you may say out loud.  There's one thing I want you to remember dear readers.  Whenever you are experiencing one of these moments, just hang on, because while you are going through your worse moments, someone else is experiencing an even more difficult moment than you are.

I say this not to be glib or thoughtless, but just to show you that even though what you are experiencing is difficult, and it is important because it is your life; there is someone else who is possibly having it worse than you do.

I present to you the case of two friends, one was going through what was the utmost urgent and trying times of their life.  There was no other time in their history that things were so dire.  During that same time, the second friend was experiencing an horrific incident that was even more catastrophic, a matter of life and death.  Both weathered the storms that hit them.  It was through their faith that they overcame those moments in their lives. To each of them, their moment was the most horrifying!

Keep that thought in mind, as you weather the storm of your life.  Keep your faith and hold on, don't give up because "this too shall pass"!
