Day 19 - #31WriteNow - First Day of School & New Beginnings

Our youngest (and 2nd girl) went back to school for the first time since Summer break was over.  Yes, Summer break has ended for students here in Florida!  Not only did our little minx started a totally new school, classes and everything else, she was so excited to actually go to school!  Who does that?!  Well, our girl Amanda does!lol! This is the start of a new year for her, and the start of Middle School!  I wait with anxious breath remembering the angst her two older siblings went through.  It wasn't an easy journey for them.  I'm hoping it will be better for her!

As with most student's returning to school, going shopping not just for school supplies, but also for clothing was a must!  Thank heavens all that was possible for us to do, right on the crux of the first day back too! It is wonderful that she feels good about her new beginnings, and putting my own misgivings aside, my baby's growing up.....I did too!
