Fitness Wednesdays: Protecting Your Skin

One of the things that so many of us take for granted is having really good skin .  Sometimes we don't take the time to protect ourselves enough when we go outside to do our outdoor activities.  If you are running errands on a daily basis, no matter how short, thirty minutes, or only for an hour, protecting your skin from the Sun is very important.
