Gym Time

I'm trying to make room for more exercise because I need it. I don't just want to run, I didn't start out running, it took a lot to get me there! I somehow left the gym behind because I got bored.  I do realize that it is up to me to make it interesting! And if I want to lose another five pounds by my birthday, well, I've got to step it up a notch! So, I'm incorporating more into my program and will hopefully kick workout at the gym, in the ass!

I got whupped today, and I'm not proud of it! I'm not as fit as I think I am, I do know that!  But I'm so glad I did do something! Lesson learned dear reader?  No matter what, do something, move your body, get busy, start working on that plan and don't give up!
