4.5 Pounds!

I weighed myself this morning and I've lost another 4 and a half pounds! How sweet is that? Seriously sweet~~!!!





I'm going to continue working towards my fitness goal.  I plan to do some workout in the gym today. Doing weights and the elliptical machines. I will also do some jump ropes and stationary biking.  Focusing on an overall aerobics body workout.  And of course there will be the usual running around with my grandson and 8 year old daughter today.

Keep on going and don't give up on your goals!
