Week 2

Is not going as well as I had hope!  I'm so busy at work, I haven't been out to walk in two days. I've not been running either, the weather is not cooperating, rain & cold...again! But I'm not giving up on me, I didn't work out on the first day of this week, but I did do some Yoga & Cardio on day two!

Finding out what works for you when you cannot fit a workout in is very important!  I encourage you to make sure you get some physical activities in on a daily basis, it is really good for you!
