Move those Feet!

RUN: The Mind-Body Method of Running by FeelI tried. Lifting them up and running, and running and running and I kept moving until the end of my two-mile run! Yes, today was so much better than yesterday!  The upper part of my body, my brain, my arms, my chest, was totally gung ho with what my intentions were, to workout by running.  But my feet, my poor feet just kept reacting in away as if it didn't hear a word from the rest of my body!

But, that didn't stop me. Today, I ran all the way, no run-walk, just running!  It was painful, it was slow, but I did it!  I guess my muscles remembered after all!  Yep, and my poor feet are tired after it!  I'm on that horse and I'm not stopping!
