Wear Red Day!

Today the National Heart Association celebrates "National Wear Red Day" so as to increase the awareness of heart disease in Women.

So many of my own family have had issues with their heart.  One of my aunt died just last week from a heart attack.  It is so important for us to be aware of our bodies and our health. That's why exercise and eating healthy is so important for everyone!  So get moving even if it's for only 30 minutes a day.  Get yourself eating better, making healthier choices.  If you do indulge, as I do sometimes, you don't do it often and you make the right choices!

I hope you're wearing your RED today and if not, you can still celebrate and share what you know!
