Day One - One Week To a Better Sleep Blogger Challenge

"Tonight's rule to follow is: "Create an optimal sleeping environment that's cool and dark." "
 It is 10:32 PM, do you know where your children are?  I couldn't resist! Yes! OK, seriously, it's late and yes, it is 'Me' time! It is quiet all around me right now, except for the television!
It has been a kind of hectic day, new discoveries, the perusal of things that must be found, all in the name of good health!  More on that some other time!  For now, I'm going to get myself ready to bed-down for the night so that I can get my room cool and dark and, AHEM....ready for me!

Good night world, officially not until about 11:00 PM & that is early for me!
