Curvy Looks: The Sock Bun

I have never tried the sock bun whenever I need to style my hair in a bun. I usually just do a pony twisted bun, the natural way (see photo below).

The hair bun is a look I like and have even tried it the way JLO wears it! 

Just recently I did a mid high bun, loosely the way that is attractive for my face. If I do it too far back or too tight without creating a certain look it will be a hair-fail for me.

My mini me, honorable child number 3, Mandi helped me to create the look of the day for me with my bun in the perfect position, high and center-forward.  What do you think?
